Evaluation of the “Talk With Your Baby” Program

Talk With Your Baby (TWYB) is a multi-organizational initiative that started in St. Joseph County, Indiana, in 2009. This program is an outreach of the Memorial Health Foundation Research and Development Committee, aimed at educating parents and other caregivers about the importance of talking with babies and young children (birth to 3 years) and providing a home environment that supports brain development during this critical period of development. The purpose of this proposed project is to evaluate the effectiveness of the TWYB program so that results could be provided to community agencies, current funders, future collaborators and funders, and publication outlet(s).
